It's NOT a Skirt!

It's a kilt! Jaden dressed up like a Scotsman for Hallowe'en, thanks to Auntie Kendra's recent trip to Scotland. (Complete with Nessie, the Loch Ness Monster!)

(Not So) Little Gymnast

Rachael got pictures taken with her gymnastics class last week. She absolutely loves gymnastics. Her favorite routine to do is on the trampoline. I asked her what was her least favorite thing to do, and she didn't have one! She loves it all!

Time to Baby-proof!

Guess who's getting around more these days? Yep, Jaden can pull himself up quite easily now.And he's graduated from the army-crawl to a more traditional way of getting himself around. He has also figured out how to open drawers, but doesn't know that there's anything in them (yet!).

It's Big

Here is our new dining room table. Doesn't it look big? And this is the small size! There's a leaf we can put in the middle and easily add the two extra chairs. In fact, we could add the two chairs at this size!

Guess Who's Coming To Dinner?

You are! And when you come, we'll actually have room to sit around the table!
Yes, after 12 years we're saying goodbye to this too small, broken, very-well used, miss-matched table. We've bought a new dinning room tablewith 8 comfortable kid-friendly (ie. wipe-able!) chairs. Bon appetit!

Happy Thanksgiving

After a yummy Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday, we just spent Thanksgiving Monday around the house. Rachael was playing with her best friend from school, so I took pictures of the other two kids. They turned out pretty cute.

Chin Ups?

Jaden sure is strong already. Today he was practicing chin ups. Here he was, hanging on for dear life under the kitchen counter stools, trying to figure out a way down. (Don't worry, I'm not that mean. I helped him down, ran and got the camera, then staged the whole thing.)
